Set the procedure for equal access of oil suppliers (subsoil users, their related companies and importers) to refineries' services for processing crude oil, gas condensate and intermediate products.
What matters for an oil & gas company
- The supplier applies to the refinery, which logs the application; capacity is allocated in order of registration, taking into account the crude supply schedule approved by the Ministry of Energy.
- Applications are accepted on equal terms regardless of volume if the supplier has a quality certificate, a sale or transfer contract naming the field and the refinery, and transport documents.
- The refinery considers the application within five working days of registration.
