We work in three directions at the same time

We develop investment, management and supply in parallel, on shared data: a field on the map links to the model, a law to its tax, a contractor to the region it works in. Below is what already works and what we are building now.

What is the asset worth, and what will it earn?

An investor asks three questions: what will the project earn, where is it, and how do I buy it? The economic model calculates NPV, IRR, payback and every tax under the 2026 code. The map shows the field, the pipelines nearby and the operating company. The roadmap takes the deal from screening to closing.

Which law applies, and how much do we pay?

A subsoil user's manager needs quick answers: which act applies, which tax is due and how to calculate it. We collected the industry's codes, laws and rules in force, with plain summaries and links to the official texts, brought the taxes of the new Tax Code together and built engineering calculators in ten areas — from the reservoir and drilling to electrical, environment and payroll.

SLB (formerly Schlumberger) provides reservoir characterization, well construction, completion and production services and technologies to oil and gas operators in Kazakhstan. It works through an Atyrau-registered branch of Schlumberger Logelco Inc. (since 2001) and ТОО «Шлюмберже Центральная Азия», and runs a large operating base near Aktau, opened in 2012, that supports onshore and offshore work in western Kazakhstan and the wider Caspian region.

Aktau-based oilfield service company specialising in electric submersible pump (ESP) systems. It supplies, installs, dismantles and services ESP units and manufactures and repairs submersible motors and centrifugal pumps at its own production base. The company was set up in 2014 on the basis of ANEK, whose history dates back to 2005, and has run ESP repair shops in Zhanaozen and at the Alibekmola field.

It has offices and operating bases in Atyrau, Aktau and Aksai; its remotely operated completion valves have been used at the Tengiz field, and it partners with Aksai Operating LLP, which holds an NCOC contract to operate a hydraulic workover unit at Kashagan.

Burgylau is a Zhanaozen-based drilling contractor established in 1997 on the basis of the Soviet-era Uzen drilling department. It constructs production oil and gas wells and also performs workover, well completion and abandonment, with Ozenmunaigas as its main customer. The company belongs to the KazPetroDrilling group.

Oil output down, fuel excise up, Brent holds above $100

  • Oil output for January–August — 61.7 Mt (−8.3%); the forecast for 2026 and 2027 is 96 Mt each.
  • The variable excise coefficient on gasoline and diesel is 95% instead of 50%, from 22 September and backdated to 1 September.
  • Karachaganak is under maintenance until 1 October (400–450 kt less); gas purchases from Gazprom in 2026 will be 11 bcm.
  • Brent moved between $103.5 and $108.4 and closed near $104.6; the tenge firmed to 446.56 per dollar.
