A privately owned oil and gas research and design institute headquartered in Aktau, set up in 1997 and given its present name in 2025; according to the company, it was founded as NIPIneftegaz CJSC and has offices in Almaty, Astana, Oral (Uralsk), Kyzylorda and Atyrau.
