Risk-assessment criteria and checklists for checking that holders of a licence for works and services in the hydrocarbon sphere (oilfield service companies) meet qualification requirements.
What matters for an oil & gas company
- Checklists by licence sub-type: well drilling; preparation of base project documents and development analysis; technical project documents; offshore spill response; geophysical work; well workover, testing, completion, conservation and abandonment; well cementing.
- Licensees are classed as high, medium or low risk; qualification compliance checks and unscheduled inspections are carried out.
- Qualification requirements for hydrocarbon-sector activities are set by Minister of Energy Order No. 77 of 28.10.2014.
