Set how the Ministry of Energy's information system is formed and operated to collect and store automatically data on crude oil, gas condensate, raw and commercial gas in circulation, including gas used for own needs, reinjected or flared.
What matters for an oil & gas company
- Entities dealing in crude oil, condensate, raw gas and commercial gas must give the authorised body access to their accounting systems and metering data.
- A working group of the authorised body analyses the entities' systems and sets algorithms and schedules for integrating them into the System.
- Work together with the rules on equipping production facilities with metering devices (Order No. 385 of 26.11.2019).
