What matters for an oil & gas company
- Register data on goods, works and services are compiled from subsoil users' annual and medium-term procurement programmes.
- Regional akimats submit lists of locally produced goods, works and services and their producers; producers are notified electronically that they may be included.
- Producers submit proof of state registration (non-residents: a legalised trade-register extract with a notarised Kazakh and Russian translation); compliance with the criterion is checked within three working days.
