Rotation work: overtime and pay under summarized working time
Hours worked in the accounting period by the rotation schedule against the norm by the working-time balance: overtime hours excluding hours on holidays and days off, pay for the hours worked at the hourly rate, and premiums for overtime, holiday and night hours.

Overtime under summarized working time is at most 120 h a year (Art. 78(2)): add up the overtime of all accounting periods of the year. The hours worked are already paid at the rate, so overtime, holiday and night hours only add the premium (k − 1) · r. The law sets no rotation allowance; its size is set by the employment and collective agreements. On dismissal before the end of the period, overtime is counted for the time worked since its start (Art. 75(9)).

From the timesheet. Travel from the assembly point to the site and back is not working time (Labour Code Art. 135(6)).
Without the meal break: a 12 h shift with a 1 h break is 11 h.
Paid at least time and a half and not counted as overtime (Labour Code Art. 75(10)). 7 January and the first day of Kurban Ait are days off under any schedule (Art. 84(5)).
By the working-time balance; 2026, 40-hour week: Q1 456, Q2 488, Q3 520, Q4 512, year 1,976 h (presets). With a 36-hour week for harmful work the norm is lower (Labour Code Art. 69).
Hourly rate = salary / monthly norm by the balance (Labour Code Art. 106(2)): the 2026 average month of 164.67 h, or the month's own norm if the employer's act says so.
