Overtime, night hours, work on days off and holidays

Extra pay on top of the monthly salary for a five- or six-day week: the hourly rate is the salary divided by the month's norm hours by the balance; overtime and work on days off and holidays at least time and a half, night hours (22:00 to 06:00) topped up to time and a half.

Overtime and work on days off and holidays are outside the salary and are paid in full at the higher rate; night hours within the schedule are already paid by the salary, so only the premium (k − 1) · r is added. If the month is not worked in full, the salary is paid in proportion to the time worked. Under piece rates the overtime premium is at least 50 % of the rate (Labour Code Art. 108). Rotation work: overtime and pay under summarized working time
