What matters for an oil & gas company
- Lost force on 10 June 2025; replaced by the Water Code No. 178-VIII of 9 April 2025.
- From 2003 to 2025 it governed water use permits, water protection zones and water use in industry and subsoil operations.
- References to it remain in older contracts, permits and project documents; current requirements are in the 2025 Water Code.
