Vacation pay under summarized working time (rotations)
Leave pay for employees on summarized working time by the hourly method of para 7-1 of the Unified rules: average hourly pay × average working hours per day × calendar days of leave.
AHP = P / Hh_d = H_m / D_mV = AHP · h_d · cAn employer's act may set another method if it does not worsen the employees' position (para 7-1 of the Rules). Compensation for unused leave under summarized working time is calculated the same way (para 15). Inputs
Accrued in the 12 calendar months before the event, without amounts for time when average pay was kept (leave, sick leave) and without the payments listed in the annex to the Rules. Quarterly bonuses count as 1/3 and half-year bonuses as 1/6 for each month of the period, annual bonuses as 1/12 for each month before the month they were paid (para 14).
Hours worked by the timesheet in the same 12 months, without time when average pay was kept.

Without public holidays (Labour Code Art. 90); basic leave is at least 24 days.

Pay for annual leave and compensation for unused leave under the Unified rules for calculating average pay: average daily pay over 12 months × working days falling within the leave by the working-time balance.
The social benefit paid by the employer from the first day of illness: average daily pay × working days of incapacity, at most 25 MCI (108,125 KZT in 2026) for each calendar month; for a work injury or occupational disease, 100 % of average pay with no cap.
