According to the company, it was founded in 2005, provides design, equipment supply and construction for refining and petrochemicals, and its design department is the former in-house design office of the Pavlodar plant, which moved to KGNT in 2018, to KING in 2019 and to EON Energo in 2021. Thirteen public-hearing notices on the state portal (2021–2026) name the company as developer of documentation for the Atyrau Refinery and the Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant: expansion of a hydrogen compressor station, a coke-chamber block, off-gas compression, reconstruction of an oil metering unit.
