The payment for emissions from flaring associated and natural gas for all eight substances rated in Art. 639(5) of the 2026 Tax Code at once, broken down by substance.

Take the substance masses from the flare emission calculation (draft emission limits, inventory), within the permitted norms. "Carbon oxides" in the rate table mean carbon monoxide CO; CO₂ is not charged. Coefficient: 1 in general, 0 within the norms of an integrated environmental permit, 2 for an object on the list of the 50 largest category I emitters without such a permit in 2026–2027 (Art. 640).
