Uralsk (Oral) manufacturer of seamless steel casing and tubing for the oil and gas industry. The plant was established in 2004 and has been owned by QazExpoCentre LLP since 2023; it has a capacity of about 40,000 tonnes of pipe per year and around 200 employees. Pipes are produced to GOST and API Spec 5CT, including premium connections, and the plant holds API Spec Q1 certification and an API Monogram licence.

Pipe threading and finishing plant in Oral (Uralsk), part of the Russian TMK group since TMK bought Kaztrubprom in 2008. It produces casing and tubing with premium threaded connections in diameters of 60.3–177.8 mm for oil and gas wells. In 2020 it received a CT-KZ certificate of Kazakhstan origin for casing with TMK UP premium connections.
