Caspian Offshore Construction
Caspian Offshore Construction (COC) is a Kazakhstani marine operator founded in 2003 that manages around 40 vessels — including icebreaking tugs, supply ships, anchor-handling and oil-spill-response craft — for offshore projects in the Northern Caspian. It is a regular contractor to NCOC and provides vessel technical management, diving operations and oil-spill-response services, with additional operations in Russia and Turkmenistan.
